Genesis Collection

TWIN Editions launches with our Genesis Collection, a careful curation of 20 individual works from a diverse group of international artists. These first NFTs from TWIN Studio are showcased within 20 individual, special edition signature backgrounds.

Made across 15 international locations, our Genesis Collection explores a variety of traditions, ideas, experiences and cultures. It is a microcosm of TWIN’s intent to create a bottom up collection of people, stories and causes. From the neglected streets of west Chicago to the war-torn regions of Iraq and the prison cells of Peru, we believe our NFTs are stories on-chain. They end up benefiting causes chosen by the artists that are vital and sometimes surprising; from Wikipedia and their mission of supporting free access to knowledge to Eden Reforestation’s efforts to rejuvenate the land, our NFTs produce real world effects by allocating 40% of the proceeds and royalties to these causes.

This first collection by TWIN is minted on Foundation, unique in that every NFT is a special edition work with a gradient backdrop specific to the artwork. Numbered from #1 to #20, they represent the rarest NFTs in our universe.

Artists in Genesis will launch their full individual collections with TWIN over the coming weeks and months.

HUMASAFAR TRUST: Humsafar Trust is an NGO in Mumbai which promotes LGBT rights.

WIKIMEDIA FOUNDATION: The Wikimedia Foundation provides the essential infrastructure for free knowledge.

OASIS PROJECT: The Oasis Project promotes positive representation and humanization of queer people in Nigeria.

NACIÓN WAYUÚ: Nación Wayuu is a Wayuu-lead human rights organisation which defends the rights of the Wayuu indigenous people of La Guajira, Northern Colombia.

EDEN REFORESTATION PROJECTS: Eden Reforestation Projects works in developing countries to rebuild natural landscapes destroyed by deforestation.

HELP PERU: Help Peru supports vulnerable communities in Peru.

ROOTING RESISTANCE: Through Rooting Resistance, every $25 donation plants an olive sapling in Palestine and helps USCPR continue advocating for freedom, justice, and equality for the Palestinian people.

Chinese Staff and Workers' Association: Chinese Staff and Workers' Association is a workers' rights organization based in New York City which educates and organizes workersso that they may improve their working conditions.

CROHN’S AND COLITIS FOUNDATION: The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation is a volunteer-driven non-profit organization dedicated to finding cures for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis and improving the quality of life of children and adults affected by these digestive diseases.

BUKU JALANAN CHOW KIT: BJCK provides equal access to education as well as a healthy growing environment for underprivileged children to help them escape the cycle of poverty in the Chow Kit area.
